1. 30-Day Return Period

Unless a product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, merchandise should generally be:

• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In its original packaging

3. Travel Organizer Condition

Packing bags and luggage organizers should be returned clean and free from stains, odors, tears or significant wear.

Products damaged by overfilling, misuse, improper washing or improper storage may not qualify for a preference-based return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or customized products
• Gift cards
• Clearly marked final-sale merchandise
• Items damaged through misuse or improper care

5. How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• The product you wish to return
• The reason for return
• Relevant photographs where appropriate

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 calendar days if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping for preference-based returns.

If a confirmed issue was caused by our error, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional costs caused by that error.

8. Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
